Job Description

We are seeking an Account Managers to manage and build a book of business by strengthening relationships with current automotive accounts and expanding NSD’s product penetration. If your business style is to go the "extra mile" to take care of your customer accounts, help them expand their profitability and develop strategic growth plans, then we want to hear from you! Occasional travel may be required as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a 40+ call average per day to current clients.
  • Communicate with clients on a regular basis and respond to specific queries.
  • Lead solutioning and innovative ideas to meet client’s needs.
  • Analyze account production and research areas of opportunity.
  • Review production and areas of opportunity with current clients monthly.
  • Develop targeted growth and partnerships strategies with current clients.
  • Plan, organize, and execute sales campaigns to increase revenue generation from existing clients. Assist in all strategic account initiatives and projects as needed.
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • Travel to marketing events and current clients as needed to support and grow the partnerships while representing and strengthening the NSD brand.

What the winning candidate needs:

  • High School Diploma; Associates/BA degree or equivalent a plus.
  • Track record of account management and creating transformational revenue growth.
  • Understanding and experience with sales methodologies, ideally Value Based Selling.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Account Management processes.
  • Demonstrated consistent success managing and growing a book of business, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent platform and one on one presentation skills.
  • Proficient computer skills: must have working knowledge of Excel and be proficient with PowerPoint and Word.

Pay: $56,013.38 - $66,718.23 per year
